  • Travel Documents: Passports, visas, health declarations, and entry permits remain the sole responsibility of the traveler or corporate client unless explicitly contracted to Alireza Travel for processing.

4. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Pricing: Rates and availability quoted on quotes or platform portals are subject to change until ticketing or confirmation is finalized by the supplier.
  • Cancellations & Modifications: Penalties, refunds, or modification fees are governed by the underlying fare rules of the respective airline, hotel, or service supplier.
